Please read the following before registering:

STUDIO POLICIES

Discounts

Tuitions must be paid in FULL in order to receive discounts.
Referral Discount: Receive $10 off your semester when your friend signs up and pays in full (new families only)(unlimited)
Please let us know if someone referred you to our program.

Registration/Payment

Minimum of students per class for each of the scheduled classes. If the minimum requirements are not met, that class will be cancelled and you will have a choice to either change to another class, or receive a refund. Classes may be added, if needed.
Cheques(s), Cash or email money transfer are accepted by our studio. Credit Card accepted when registering online only.
$40 charge on NSF cheques
Your child's materials may not arrive for the first classes if registration/payment is late.
Full payment or the deposit is required to register a child and hold their space in class.
There is a $5 registration fee per family for 15 week semesters, and a $5 registration fee for 5 week programs, which is non-refundable.
Registrations received after class commencement will be pro-rated and paid in full.
Registration will not be processed until all fees are paid.
You will receive an email confirmation regarding your registration.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $10 fee for children who are not registered in a class.

INSTALLMENT PLANS:

Deposit is due with registration Please contact the studio to set up an installment plan.
If 2nd payment is not paid by Lesson 2, child may not attend further classes.

REFUNDS

All tuition and material fees are refundable until 3 weeks before class commencement. (Except the registration fee)
No refunds for missed classes.
The cost of materials and the registration fee are non-refundable.

MAKE UP CLASSES

If a class is cancelled due to weather or teacher illness, you will receive a call the night before or the day of classes. This class will be "made up" at the end of the semester IF THERE IS TIME or on another day, at the discretion of the educator.

Kindermusik with Dione is one of the only programs for children in the Sudbury area that generously lets you make up a class if you miss due to illness, IF space is available in another class during the semester you are registered in. Please contact your educator first. WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO MAKE UP CLASSES FOR ABSENCES. Thank you, families, for keeping me posted when you will be absent.
